PAYMENT
We accept VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit cards for telephone orders.
In addition to credit cards, we will also accept your personal check, money
order or cash for mail orders. Please allow an extra 5 days for check orders.
SHIPPING & HANDLING - ART
Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. All poster/print orders are rolled in tissue
and shipped in heavy cardboard tubes, via UPS, fully insured, or the U.S. mail at
shippers discretion.
- Mainland, USA: Please add $7.00 for shipping & handling.
- Alaska and Hawaii: Please add $12.00 for shipping & handling.
- Canada: Please add $10.00 for shipping & handling. Orders may be shipped via U.S. Mail, insured.
- Foreign Countries: Prices vary according to Country. Please use your credit card and we will charge the appropriate amount as charged by carrier.
SHIPPING & HANDLING - CUSTOM FRAMING
Please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery. Framing is made to order and each mat is a
unique creation. Pricing to ship framed piece varies by weight and zone.

SHIPPING & HANDLING - WEARABLES
Our clothing has to be sent separately from the art, so we collect a separate
shipping charge from your art order. Please add $5.00 for orders of $50.00 or
less. Please add $7.00 for orders $51.00 to $250.00.
RUSH SERVICE FOR SHIPPING is available upon request. Special shipping
arrangements for Federal Express, Overnight, 2-Day or 3-Day UPS can be made at
time of order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you would like to return or exhange something, please notify us BEFORE sending
it back. Save all packing materials. Send via UPS, if possible, and make sure
to list the value for insurance purposes.
DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT BY UPS
If you notice apparent damage at the time that the package is delivered, tell the
UPS driver, and UPS will take the necessary steps to return it to us. If you
have accepted damaged merchandise, please notify us by mail, or phone (410)
956-0144 or (800)769-1677. We will then direct UPS to inspect and pick up the
damaged package.
